Just putting it here so ppl know whats going on.... I sold him 2 diffderent things.. the first package got shipped to a different addy that he gave me... No problems... Then he buys the second thing....Now there is a different addy on there to ship it to... So I question him about it he tells me its his house and the first one was his job...Ok fine paypal is sayin its a confirmed addy... So I ship.... A friend of mine got killed at a club so I wasnt thinkin about the tracking number... Then he emails me and I tell him Something came up the phones shipped on sat ill get u the trackin number...I forgot to get him the number..Then today I get a dispute from paypal... So i get the tracking number and track it........

I'm dealing with him about a laptop i sold him. he siad that paypal froze his account up. Which is acutally normal. i may have been the cause of that freeze to start with becuase i sent the money that he paid with and he was moving it around.
SO check and see if it a buy dispute or a investigation of transactions. it better if you call them on that though.

i did 2 deals with him 2 years ago and they went fine..however the 3rd deal he did me dirty and sent me a broken item. he ignore me and blocked me from his emails and aim. finally after almost 2 years he payed me 2 weeks ago.

First off john you had never sent me confirmation for the package you supposedly sent me weeks ago . I pmed you several times about it.
Got package today case closed.

I have been in contact with ecko about out deal he knows what's up and it is being handled.

Everyone elses deals have been resolved to date unless I missed something.

So why y'all gotta try and kick some one when there is no problem?

There is nothing dirty going on and it's all being dealt with.

because his scamming ass assumed John didn't have the receipt with the tracking # on it, and if John didn't have that information to give paypal, he would have had the merchandise AND got his money back.

well he got me during that same process.. I got screwed over by paypal and had to work out another deal with him. but should have known better. either way i wasn't going to see the money and the laptop was already in his possession..

Gave me that 160 locked down and sent me a email saying we can no longer have you as a customer. The guy said the only way i could get the money out any sooner was that i had to refund it back and have them send it another way.

So it was my loss for trusting the guy on his word. I figured that out the hard way. Everyone i have deblt with was alway straight up with me. ( You, FGorsi, Caddyman, Chicagouno, Matrix, etc.) BUtttt you cant trust everyone like that.

Both should have resolution today.

Johns deal was simple I had not recieved the item personally it was delivered to my office not my house and I did not sign for it. I was told it had not arrived. When I got it I cancelled the paypal complaint.

In any case I am rectifying the situations and have apologized to everyone envolved.

Red and Ecko can chime in to make sure its all legit and getting worked out.
